Gua Sha Stone

Clean the skin and prepare it by applying an oil to improve and facilitate the sliding of the tools, while avoiding creating friction that could irritate the skin.

Keep the tool almost flat on the face, at an angle of about 30 degrees.

Start at the forehead, using one-way strokes starting from the brow line and moving toward the scalp line.

Continue the massage on the cheeks, from the inside to the outside, from the hollow of the nose to the ears.

Finish with the jawline using the hollow of the Gua Sha, so that both curves envelop the jawline. Starting at the chin, slide the Gua Sha up to the earlobe. Wiggle the Gua Sha under the lobe to release tension.

If you want to use the Gua Sha on the eye area, use the convex side of the Gua Sha starting at the inner crease area under the eye and slide up to the temple. This area is super sensitive, so apply very light pressure.

For each area, perform the movements for approximately 5 to 10 repetitions, on each side of the face.

After use, clean the Gua Sha with soapy water.
