Prohibited for pregnant and breastfeeding women, epileptic subjects, children under 6 years old and the elderly.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN INFANTS under 30 MONTHS (toxicity by local contact: laryngeal or nasal reflex which can lead to respiratory arrest).

Use occasionally and in limited doses. No prolonged use without the advice of an aromatherapist.

Irritant, and powerful cooling effect: always dilute well, use at 30% maximum for cutaneous application. Reserve for very localized or very diluted use. Do not use in baths.

When diffusing, dilute in other, milder essential oils (dosage at 15% max).

Avoid contact with eyes, do not apply too close to eyes. Wash hands thoroughly after use.

Possible stimulating effect on ovarian function, not recommended in cases of estrogen-dependent pathology.

Keep out of reach of children.

Some natural compounds contained in this essential oil may present a risk of allergy in certain sensitive individuals when the essential oil is incorporated into a cosmetic composition (according to the 7th Amendment of the European Directive on cosmetic products (2003/15/EC)): limonene, linalool.

As a general rule, always do a test application of your preparation, in the crease of the elbow, at least 48 hours before using it.
