After cleansing in the morning and evening, pour an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad or directly into the palm of your clean hands and gently rub it over your skin. Allow it to absorb, then follow the rest of your routine.

The best thing about the Miracle Toner is to soak small squares of very fine cotton and leave them on the problem areas for a few minutes: after a few minutes your skin will immediately feel refreshed and purified!
